Personal Background
Dr. Michael Yoo grew up in Anchorage, Alaska where he spent most of his free time snowboarding, hiking, and camping. His love of nature eventually brought him to Washington State! Both he and his wife love the outdoors and finding new spots to eat. On the weekend, you can find him either hiking one of the amazing PNW trails, eating out with friends, or road tripping to Oregon or Canada.
Educational Background
Dr. Yoo graduated from University of Washington with a degree in general biology and a minor in education, learning, and society. He then pursued a masters degree in Biomedical Sciences at Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona. Finally, he pursued his dental degree in Pomona, California, and graduated from Western University of Health Sciences as a recipient of the Health Resources and Services Administration – Diversity Development Scholarship.
